Should you wish to return an item for a different size, style or colour please follow the instruction below to acquire a full refund.
Please return your item within 14 days from delivery.
We do not exchange items. The quickest way to acquire the item you need is to place a new order.
A Returns Note is attached to your invoice. We will need the required information to enable us to make a full refund back onto the original payment method. Please place the completed Returns Note in with the item you are returning. If you have misplaced your Returns Note a copy can be printed off using the highlighted link. If you are unable to print a Returns Note, please make sure you have documented all the required information and included it in with your parcel.
All returned items must be in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with labels attached.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear, tights and hair accessories. Any garments, shoes or accessories that have been worn, laundered, or are marked or dirty will not be refunded.
When returning an item please use a tracked and signed for service as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is the responsibility of customers to pay for the returned postage.
Should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be only too happy to help. Please fill in our Returns Note or if you have misplaced the note, please provide us with the information we require to make the refund. In this instance please inform us of postage cost you incurred as this will be reimbursed to you at the time of the refund.
